WHAT IS THE COVERAGE OF SHIPMENTS?
- Shipments are made nationwide, the delivery time is from 1 to 5 business days from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays until 12:00 PM, it varies depending on your location for the days of coverage to the area.
- If you are located in Islas de Bahía or Isla del Tigre, the shipment is made through a special company or by plane, the business arrival time is 2 to 4 business days and you must pick up your order at the agency available at the zone.
HOW IS SENDING REALIZED?
- For your comfort and satisfaction we make shipments to your home, work, business or a meeting point of your choice, we have coverage for most of Honduras.
- In special cases or at the client's request, the order can be sent directly to a Shipping Agency so that you can pick it up, you have 5 business days to withdraw it.
- Shipments are made nationwide have an additional cost of L. 100 if your purchase is less than L. 299, if your purchase is greater than L. 300 the shipping is completely free.
- Shipments to Roatán and Isla del Tigre have an additional cost of L. 150 due to the complexity of the shipment, in order to send to these places, payment must be made in advance.
- When choosing the Cash on Delivery service you must receive your order and pay in cash upon receipt.

OUR PAYMENT POLICIES
- We have enabled the Cash on Delivery option, which means that for your security you pay in cash when you receive your order.
- You can also pay in advance by means of bank transfer, credit card, payment button requesting it by WhatsApp or PayPal .
- In large orders greater than 10,000 lempiras, choosing the Cash on Delivery service, in special cases, 20% of the total value of the purchase must be paid in advance.
- If located in Islas de la Bahía or Isla del Tigre, you must pay in full in advance.

WARRANTY POLICY
- To enforce your guarantee for physical damage to the product, you must record a video when you open your package and report it the same day you received it to the customer service number , that number is on your invoice or receipt (9780 -0059) .
- If you receive the damaged item(s), your purchase will be fully covered, you must re-send the damaged item(s) together with the invoice and packaging as you received them.
- If your product has a technical fault, you must report it within the first 3-5 days of receiving your order, otherwise it is not valid, this guarantee does not cover damage caused by blows, bad connections or improper handling by unauthorized personnel, nor You must break or remove the guarantee seals.
- In the case of a guarantee, you must contact us directly at the number provided on your invoice or receipt (9780-0059), the customer service staff will ask you to carry out the pertinent tests and will be in charge of formally managing your claim.
- You must keep the packaging or box where the product comes in good condition during the warranty period to facilitate the change of the product.
- The guarantee does not cover consumables or damage caused by misuse of the product.

EXCHANGE POLICY OR CREDIT IN FAVOR DUE TO DISSATISFACTION
- To make your change or credit valid, you must send the invoice or receipt you received.- Applies only if the product you requested does not meet your expectations when you receive it, if so you have to contact the department in charge at number (9780-0059)
- The product must not be used, and must be sent as received, without any scratches or evidence of use, otherwise the change will not be made.
- If you make a change or request a credit due to dissatisfaction, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
