EXCHANGE POLICY OR CREDIT IN FAVOR DUE TO DISSATISFACTION

- To make your change or credit valid, you must send the invoice or receipt you received.

- Applies only if the product you requested does not meet your expectations when you receive it, if so you have to contact the department in charge at number (9780-0059)

- The product must not be used, and must be sent as received, without any scratches or evidence of use, otherwise the change will not be made.

- If you make a change or request a credit due to dissatisfaction, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
